As the flagship project of the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD), the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing Project (4PH) is bringing its vision and lifestyle to Balete, Batangas, through the Balete Lakeview Residences!

Located in the honey capital of Batangas City, Balete Lakeview Residences is home to high-rise residential buildings amidst lush greenery and open spaces with panoramic views of the Taal Lake that are conveniently situated near retail establishments. The first 4PH Housing Project in Batangas will house 4,608 units, complete with its own amenities, various sports activities, commercial centers, and parking areas for its residents.
